Abstract (English)	We will set a new gold standard in microbiome analysis by extending the current 16S approach and CALEX® device-based automation. Advancing to better species resolution and activity assessment through metabolomics, new combined databases will lead to more profound therapeutic decisions e.g. in IBD.
