Description succincte (Anglais)

The objective of the evaluation is twofold and focuses on 1) the validation of progress one year before the end of phase 2 (31.12.2023), and 2) providing a deeper analysis of the cost-effectiveness, sustainability potential and replicability / scalability of the E2E approach and instruments, both for the remaining of phase 2 and potentially beyond. The evaluator will primarily assess the implementation status and plausibility of the E2E sustainability plan, and based on this assessment provide recommendations on the relevance of a potential additional project phase, and corresponding main strategic orientation of such a potential phase.
