The EMSA Demand flexibility project is intended to document specific case studies of demand flexibility for electric motor systems in industry as part of the international IEA 4E EMSA programme. In addition, in the framework of the international co-operation, according to the agreed work plan, the project will actively contribute to the following areas: definition and potential of demand flexibility, suitable motor system applications, advantages and disadvantages, challenges, literature research and identification of other relevant projects, recommendations for policy makers, dissemination of results.
