Vorgehen / Module
Vorprojektphase:
- Kontaktaufnahme zu Vertreter:innen kantonaler Ämter des öffentlichen Verkehrs, welche die Träger der Workshop-Serien sind und diese jeweils ausrichten
- Festlegung von Datum + Ort der einzelnen Workshops
- Klärung der Teilnahme der Transportunternehmen und weiteren interessierten Unternehmen, die einen Bezug zum Thema «Elektrifizierung im öV» haben (Einladung weiterer Personen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem jeweiligen AöV)
- Festlegung der externen Referent:innen sowie Transportunternehmen, welche als Erfahrungsträger an den Workshops auftreten möchten (in Zusammenarbeit mit dem jeweiligen AöV)
Hauptprojektphase:
- Konkretisierung des inhaltlichen sowie zeitlichen Ablaufplans gemeinsam mit dem jeweiligen AöV
- Aufbereitung thematischer Inputs von Seiten EBP (Markt-, Politik- und Technologietrends, Elektrobus-Bestellstrategien: Technische und organisatorische Aspekte, beschaffungsrechtliche Aspekte, Interoperabilität)
- Übermittlung thematischer Inputs zum Thema «Frequent Mistakes» aus Sicht der TU und der Hersteller
- Koordination der weiteren Inputs aller Workshop-Beteiligten (AöV, VöV, BAV, SUPSI, TUs)

Erwartete Resultate
- Workshop Durchführung in den drei Sprachregionen Deutsch, Französisch und Italienisch anfangs 2025
- Bericht zu den thematischen Inhalten aus den standardisierten Vorträgen
- Thematisch gegliederter Synthesebericht in den Sprachen Deutsch, Französisch und Italienisch, welcher die Ergebnisse der Erfahrungsaustausche und Diskussionen der Workshops festhält

Approach / Modules
Pre-project phase:
- Contacting representatives of cantonal public transport offices, which are the hosts of the workshop series
- Determination of date + location of the individual workshops
- Clarification of the participation of transport companies and other interested companies that have a connection to the topic of “electrification in public transport” (invitation of further persons in cooperation with the respective public transport office)
- Determining the external speakers and transport companies who would like to take part in the workshops as experts (in collaboration with the relevant public transport office)
Main Project Phase:
- Concretization of the content and schedule together with the respective public transport office
- Preparation of thematic inputs from EBP (market, policy and technology trends, electric bus ordering strategies: technical and organizational aspects, procurement law aspects, interoperability)
- Transmission of thematic inputs on the topic of “Frequent Mistakes” from the perspective of transport companies and manufacturers
- Coordination of further input from all workshop participants (cantonal public transport offices, public transport association, federal office of transport (FOT), SUPSI, transport companies)

Expected Results
- Workshop to be held in the three language regions German, French and Italian at the beginning of 2025
- Report on the thematic content of the standardized presentations
- Thematically structured synthesis report in German, French and Italian, which records the results of the exchange of experiences and discussions at the workshops

Approche / Modules
Phase d’avant-projet:
- Prendre contact avec les représentants des offices cantonaux des transports publics qui sont promoteurs de la série d'ateliers
- Fixation de la date + du lieu des différents ateliers
- Clarification de la participation des entreprises de transport et d'autres entreprises intéressées qui ont un lien avec le thème « électrification dans les transports publics » (invitation d'autres personnes en collaboration avec l'office des transports publics respectif)
- Détermination des intervenants externes et des entreprises de transport qui souhaitent participer aux ateliers en tant que porteurs d'expérience (en collaboration avec l'office des transports publics respectif).
Phase principale du projet:
- Concrétisation du contenu et du calendrier en collaboration avec l'office des transports publics
- Préparation de contributions thématiques de la part de l'EBP (tendances du marché, de la politique et de la technologie, stratégies de commande de bus électriques : aspects techniques et organisationnels, aspects juridiques des marchés publics, interopérabilité)
- Transmission d'inputs thématiques sur le thème des « Frequent Mistakes » du point de vue des entreprises de transport et des fabricants
- Coordination des autres inputs de tous les participants à l'atelier (offices des transports publics, union des transports publics (UTP), office fédéral des transports (OFT), SUPSI, entreprises de transport)

Résultats attendus
- Atelier Réalisation dans les trois régions linguistiques (allemand, français et italien) début 2025
- Rapport sur les contenus thématiques issus des présentations standardisées
- Rapport de synthèse thématique en allemand, français et italien, qui consigne les résultats des échanges d'expériences et des discussions des ateliers.

Konkretes Projektziel:
- Durchführung von maximal 8 Workshops dezentral in den drei Sprachregionen in der Schweiz, um den Erfahrungsaustausch zwischen Vertreter:innen von Bus-Transportunternehmen (TU) und kantonalen Ämtern des öffentlichen Verkehrs (AöV) bezüglich der Beschaffungsstrategien von emissionsfreien Bussen zu fördern
Übergeordnete Ziele:
- Erfahrungsaustausch fördern und Koordination aufbauen
- Gegenseitig aus Fehlern lernen, dadurch sinken schlussendlich die Kosten für die öV-Bestellungen der Kantone
- Verbesserung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Transportunternehmen untereinander, zu den AöV, den Bus-Herstellern und der neu geschaffenen Koordinationsstelle des Verbandes öffentlicher Verkehr (VöV) «umweltfreundliche Busantriebe»
- Einführung ins Thema Interoperabilität

Objectives
Specific Project Objective:
- Conduct a maximum of 8 decentralized workshops in the three language regions in Switzerland to promote the exchange of experience between representatives of bus transport companies and cantonal public transport offices regarding the procurement strategies of zero-emission buses
Overarching objectives:
- Promote exchange of experience and establish coordination
- Learning from each other's mistakes, which ultimately reduces the cost of public transport orders for the cantons
- Improve cooperation between transport companies, with public transport authorities, bus manufacturers and the newly created coordination office of the association of public transport “environmentally friendly bus drives”
- Introduction to the topic of interoperability

Objectifs
Objectif concret du projet:
- Réalisation d'un maximum de 8 ateliers décentralisés dans les trois régions linguistiques de Suisse, afin d'encourager l'échange d'expériences entre les représentants des entreprises de transport par bus et les offices cantonaux des transports publics concernant les stratégies d'acquisition de bus à zéro émission.
Objectifs généraux :
- Encourager l'échange d'expériences et mettre en place une coordination
- Apprentissage mutuel à partir des erreurs, ce qui réduit en fin de compte les coûts de commande des transports publics par les cantons.
- Améliorer la collaboration entre les entreprises de transport, avec les offices des transports publics, les fabricants de bus et le nouveau service de coordination de l'Union des transports publics (UTP) « Moteurs de bus écologiques ».
- Introduction au thème de l'interopérabilité
