Das SWEET-Förderprogramm des BFE fördert inter- und transdisziplinäre Forschungs- und Innovationsprojekte, die wesentlich zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Energiestrategie 2050 und der Erreichung der Schweizer Klimaziele beitragen. SWEET hat seine eigenen Prozesse, die sich von denen der anderen BFE- Förderprogramme unterscheiden.  Das SWEET-Programm wird innerhalb des BFE vom SWEET Office geleitet, das aus drei Personen (2,9 VZÄ) besteht, die sich die folgenden Verantwortlichkeiten teilen: 1) Programmstrategie und Erstellung von Ausschreibungen, 2) Bewertung von Gesuchen und Begleitung von Projekten, 3) administrative vertragliche und kommunikative Aspekte. Ein Mandat zur Unterstützung der Durchführung des SWEET-Programms wurde in diesem Rahmen gesucht. Konkret geht es darum, bestimmte spezifische Aufgaben zu delegieren (vor allem im Zusammenhang mit der Bewertung und der Organisation der Begleitung der Projekte) und Unterstützung bei der Überprüfung der Verfahren und der Umsetzung des Programms zu erhalten.

The SWEET funding program of the SFOE promotes interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary research and innovation projects that contribute significantly to the successful implementation of the Energy Strategy 2050 and the achievement of Switzerland's climate targets. SWEET has its own processes, which differ from those of other SFOE funding programs.  The SWEET program is managed within the SFOE by the SWEET Office, which consists of three people (2.9 FTEs) who share the following responsibilities: 1) program strategy and preparation of calls for proposals, 2) evaluation of applications and project support, 3) administrative, contractual, and communication aspects. A mandate to support the implementation of the SWEET program was sought within this framework. Specifically, the aim is to delegate certain specific tasks (primarily in connection with the evaluation and organization of project support) and to obtain support in reviewing the procedures and implementation of the program.

Le programme d'encouragement SWEET de l'OFEN soutient des projets de recherche et d'innovation interdisciplinaires et transdisciplinaires qui contribuent de manière significative à la mise en œuvre réussie de la Stratégie énergétique 2050 et à la réalisation des objectifs climatiques de la Suisse. SWEET dispose de ses propres processus, qui diffèrent de ceux des autres programmes d'encouragement de l'OFEN.  Au sein de l'OFEN, le programme SWEET est géré par le bureau SWEET, composé de trois personnes (2,9 ETP) qui se partagent les responsabilités suivantes : 1) stratégie du programme et élaboration des appels d'offres, 2) évaluation des demandes et suivi des projets, 3) aspects administratifs, contractuels et communicationnels. Un mandat visant à soutenir la mise en œuvre du programme SWEET a été recherché dans ce cadre. Concrètement, il s'agit de déléguer certaines tâches spécifiques (notamment en rapport avec l'évaluation et l'organisation du suivi des projets) et d'obtenir un soutien pour la vérification des procédures et la mise en œuvre du programme.
