Abstract (Englisch)

We develop a radioligand therapy at a novel target for colorectal cancer, one of the most prevalent cancers worldwide. Feasibility studies executed in a collaboration of PSI and Amphilix AG already demonstrated high target affinity and selective uptake to tumours in mice for the lead candidate.
