Short description (English)

As the designated national reference laboratory for process contaminants (NRL-PC) in Switzerland, we are required by the Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office (FSVO) to have an analytical method for the determination of acrylamide in foodstuffs in the accredited area (STS119) in our portfolio.
As part of this small-scale project, work is being carried out to develop and validate the analytical method for the determination of acrylamide.
