In ihrem Bestreben, die Treibhausgasemissionen um 50% zu reduzieren, möchte die Schweiz neben der Senkung des Verbrauchs auch die Nutzung kohlenstoffarmer Energieträger schrittweise ausbauen. Die kurzfristigen Möglichkeiten für die Industrie, die grauen Wasserstoff verwendet, bestehen darin, diese Verwendung durch erneuerbaren Wasserstoff zu ersetzen, was die Zwahlen & Mayr SA für ihre Prozesse wünscht. Das Projekt PRHYSM zielt darauf ab, erneuerbaren Wasserstoff dort zu produzieren, wo er von Zwahlen & Mayr SA verbraucht wird, nämlich aus Solarstrom durch Hochtemperatur-Elektrolyse von Wasser, und damit den per LKW importierten grauen Wasserstoff zu ersetzen. Am Ende dieses Projekts wird SolydEra in der Lage sein, seinen Elektrolyseur in der Schweiz und auf internationaler Ebene zu installieren und seine Leistungen unter industriellen Betriebsbedingungen zu kennen. Die Romande Energie SA wird allen Schweizer Industriellen einen neuen, vorteilhaften H2-Contracting-Service anbieten können.

In its desire to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 50%, Switzerland wishes to progressively develop the use of low-carbon energy carriers in addition to reducing consumption. The short-term possibilities for industrials using grey hydrogen consist in replacing this use by renewable hydrogen which is what Zwahlen & Mayr SA wants for its processes. The PRHYSM project aims to produce renewable hydrogen where it is consumed by Zwahlen & Mayr SA, from solar electricity via high-temperature electrolysis of water, replacing grey hydrogen imported by truck. At the end of this project, SolydEra will be able to install its electrolyser in Switzerland, as well as internationally, and to know its performance in industrial operating conditions. Romande Energie SA will be able to offer a new, virtuous H2 contracting service to all Swiss industrialists.

Dans sa volonté de réduire ses émissions de gaz à effet de serre de 50 %, la Suisse souhaite, hors réduction de la consommation, développer progressivement l’utilisation de vecteurs énergétiques peu carbonés. Les possibilités à court terme pour les industriels utilisant de l’hydrogène gris consistent à remplacer cette utilisation par de l’hydrogène renouvelable pour les procédés. Le projet PRHYSM vise à produire de l’hydrogène renouvelable là où il est consommé à partir d’électricité solaire via électrolyse haute température de l’eau, en remplacement d’un hydrogène gris importé par camion. A l’issu de ce projet, SolydEra pourra installer son électrolyseur en Suisse, ainsi qu’à l’international et en connaître les performances en conditions d’exploitation industrielles. Romande Energie SA sera enmesure de proposer à l’ensemble des industriels suisses une nouvelle offre vertueuse de contracting H2.
