Abstract (English)	SurgeonsLab AG has created a microsurgical training guide using gamified mixed-reality simulation that can mimic real-life microsurgical conditions to train microsurgeons. Under this project, we aim to develop a novel simulator with a surgical AI performance matrix and perform end-user validation.
