Abstract (English)	For reducing CO2 emissions electric vehicles having a high efficiency in a wide operating range are crucial. In the project, the inverter/motor efficiency for standard drive cycles (WLTP) are modelled and optimised for different modulation schemes and 3L topologies using direct driven GaN cascodes.
