Abstract (English)	Pre-clinical drug trials are a multi-billion CHF industry. Consisting of extensive testing in cell culture, followed by tests in thousands of mammals. To alleviate this we want to establish pre-clinical screening using C. elegans, significantly reducing cost and the number of mammals used.
