Abstract (English)	Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) are poised to replace conventional chemotherapy. Current ADC payloads, however, suffer from high intrinsic toxicity. We will develop novel, cancer-selective payloads to increase the therapeutic window of ADCs.
