Abstract (English)	We develop brainTimeCH, a novel mobile health app for prevention of headaches and migraines. This app stimulates brain activity through interventions in visual perception. Instructed and supervised by AI algorithms on a smartphone, eye-brain workouts become available to everyone in everyday life.
