Next Generation Electroporator for Cell and Gene Therapy Applications
Abstract
(German)
Viral vectors are key for immunotherapy's intracellular delivery, but their cost is prohibitive. Electroporation, a low-cost alternative, damages the cell phenotype due to the high electric fields used. Our next-gen electroporator uses a smaller electric field, providing gentler treatment for cells.
