Abstract (English)	A high speed, micrometer resolution 3D vision system for PCB quality inspection is proposed. Full custom cameras, projectors, opto-mechanical elements will allow the developed device to operate at 80ms acquisition time and inspect PCBs at 70cm2/s, outperforming most advanced solution on the market.
