The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the humanitarian action carried out by CISP, which is in phase 3, providing a multisectoral response in Venezuela, Colombia and Ecuador to the needs arising mainly from the complex humanitarian situation in Venezuela. Taking into account that the Venezuelan situation has had an important role and impact at the regional level because it has generated a migratory crisis towards the entire Latin American and Caribbean contingent.
