This evaluation was a midterm review of the programme. The objective of the midterm review was to conduct a pulse check of how the programme is tracking with implementation, especially considering the current ‘post’ pandemic context and reaffirming whether the current approaches are fit for purpose or requires modifications to achieve the desired goal of the programme. The ground realities, lessons learnt and findings from review will assist to inform Switzerland’s decision making process in taking the programme forward, especially in planning the next phase.
