The purpose of the External Review was to asses the overall relevance, quality of implementation, performance, management and acievements (major outcomes) of the project. Furthemore, based on the overall findings related to the project implementation and considering the wider context relevant to the health reform, the review should provide recommendations for the strategic orientation of the project in order to inform the long term vision for nursing in BiH and to design a 3rd and last project phase.
