The object of the evaluation is the project entitled “Fostering Regional and Local Development in Georgia – Phase 2”, or FRLD2, implemented from 15th December 2017 until 31st March 2022, with a total budget of USD 5,521,772.—financed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC), and co-financed by the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure (MRDI).
