Short description (English)

The external evaluation is foreseen in the Credit Proposal, to take place by mid of the second phase. The Embassy in Tirana mandates a team of consultants to perform an External Evaluation with a strong focus on the results achievement as well as risks and opportunities focus. As Switzerland will continue support-ing PHC within the forthcoming country programme 2022-2025, forward looking recommendations will also be included.
