The evaluation assesses the performance of cinfo and interlinkages with its counterparts within the federal administration along the OECD DAC criteria of relevance, coherence, effectiveness, impact, efficiency, and sustainability, and it aimes to support the stakeholders in achieving progress towards reaching FDFA’s, SECO’s and cinfo’s objectives as a center of excellence for human resource management in international cooperation.
