External Evaluation of the Transboundary Waters Governance for Sustainable Development and Blue Peace. The aim of the evaluation was to assess the overall progress of the program’s fourth phase and to elaborate in what way the program has contributed to deliver the Water section's overall goal and objectives (3rd strategic component). The aim was to reflect on the relevance and coherence of the three partial actions with respect to the programs’ overall objective and strategic direction, including achieved synergies.
