Abstract (Deutsch)	We have identified selective and unique FZD5 inhibitors that have the potential to become best-in-class. The purpose of this project is to support drug discovery to identify a lead compound with appropriate pharmacokinetics and in vivo efficacy in a TNBC rodent model.
