Abstract (Englisch)

We propose the development of a gastroretentive dosage form for prolonged delivery of sparingly-soluble tyrosine kinase inhibitors. It is hoped that the dosage form will enable to maintain a steady drug concentration in blood for enhancing efficacy and reducing side effects of cancer therapies.
