Kurzbeschreibung (Englisch)

The independent evaluation of the division’s climate approach and portfolio is a) an instrument of accountability, addressed to the Swiss Parliament and the interested broader public and b) an important opportunity for institutional learning. The evaluation shall thus be based on a transparent assessment of the division’s past and current practice, as well as draw key lessons learned and evidence-based recommendations from the assessment. The expectation is that the climate evaluation informs ongoing preparatory works for the next strategy on International Cooperation (2025-28) as well as guide operational sections for the implementation of their interventions.
