Abstract (English)	Novel, patentable bacteriophage-based precision antimicrobials are generated. To minimize the risk of failure at the pre-clinical stage, in vivo activity screening in zebrafish embryos is combined with process development, continuous evolution, and phage engineering during early stages of discovery.
