Abstract (Englisch)	SCOOP intends to demonstrate a cost-competitive and flexible hybrid manufacturing concept for sustainable high-volume production of challenging structural components in certified markets. Through a combination of pre-forming advanced material (PEEK, continuous carbon fibre) filament deposition (FDM), post consolidation and/or overmoulding processes, the project will enable to develop complex structures that can compete in cost and weight against metal and traditional composites, while facilitating the integration of sensors. Two use cases in medical device and aerospace markets will be studied and manufacturing solution qualified, enabling a quick market penetration beynd the project.
