In das Flachdach der Firma Flumec in Flums wurde eine 3kWp (3072Wp) Photovoltaikanlage integriert. Das Metallfalzdach ist 3_ geneigt und nach SW orientiert. Als Solargenerator wurde ein amorphes 128Wp-Modul mit Tripelzellen eingesetzt. Die Modulstränge sind parallel geschaltet und auf einen zentralen Wechselrichter geführt. An die im Netzverbund betriebene Anlage ist ein Messsystem zur wissenschaftlichen Auswertung angeschlossen. Das System ist Wetterschutz, thermische Isolierungund Energielieferant in Einem. Dadurch dass die Zellen auf der Unterseite thermisch isoliert und nicht hinterlüftet sind, erreichen die Module Temperaturen bis zu 65 _C.Bezogen auf den Standort Flums kann, für eine 3kW-Anlage, mit einem Jahresenergieertrag von 2670 kWh gerechnet werden.Effektiver Ertrag 2001: 2456,3 kWh (Abweichung -8,7%)Effektiver Ertrag 2002: 2512,2 kWh (Abweichung -6,3%)Die Anlage ist unterdessen 3 Jahre in Betrieb. Während dieser Zeit traten weder Störungen auf, noch mussten Unterhaltsarbeiten durchgeführt werden. Das Temperaturverhalten der Module hat sich als geeignet für diesen Zweck erwiesen.Die Module wurden seinerzeit durch die Firma Schneider Leichtbausysteme, Andwil mit einem Rahmen versehen, welcher dann mit speziellen Klammern auf am Metallfalz des Daches befestigt werden konnte ohne das Dach zu verletzen. Diese Methode hat sich dann aber als zu aufwändig und zu teuer erwiesen, sodass die Produktion eingestellt wurde. Flumroc hat sich aus diesem Grund nach einem neuen System umgesehen und ist fündig geworden. Das neue System lässt sich bei Bedarf aufständern. Mehr dazu unter 6.1.

AbstractEURODACH is the effective combination of a folded metal roof and full area thermal insulation with rock wool. The combination with PV solar modules is a new development of Flumroc Inc. and Schneider mounting systems. The goals of this project are to get a multifunctional roof as weather protection, thermal insulation and electricity production, to get experience with the mechanically connected materials having different temperature coefficients, and to learn about the energy yield of the PV installation with amorphous triple cell modules.The company Flumec in Flums has a flat roof with an integrated 3kWp solar cell array. The roof is at an angle of 3_ and orientated towards the SW. The solar generator is an amorphous-triple-cell 128Wp module. The cell-strings are connected in parallel to a central alternating current convertor. There is a measuring instrument connected to the system to collect data for scientific investigation. The system provides a weather shield, thermal insulation an energy production in one unit. Because the cells areinsulated underneath, and there is no free air flow, the module reaches temperatures of up to 65 _C.Taking into account the geographical position of Flums, a 3 kW installation will generate around 2670kWh.Effective output in 2001: 2456,3 kWh (difference: -8,7%)Effective output in 2002: 2512,2 kWh (difference: -6,6%)The installation has been running for 3 years. During this time there have been no breakdowns and no need for any maintenance. The temperature range of the modules has proven correct for this application.The modules were provided with special frames by the company Schneider Leichtbausysteme, Andwil. These could then be fastened to the roof with special clips causing no piercing to the roofing material. Unfortunately this fixing system proved to be rather expensive and time consuming. This system has now been abandoned. Flumroc has now found a better system for fixing the modules to the roof. This system also allows a vertical adjustment of the panels.
