The aim of quantiAGREMI is to provide an SI-traceable measurement infrastructure for the precise determination of emissions from agricultural stables and the nitrogen balance. This will allow measures to reduce emissions and improve agricultural emission inventories to be evaluated.
To achieve this goal, humid reference gases with reactive components must be provided. This can be achieved by modifying the existing ReGaS-3 generator so that all surfaces that come into contact with reactive components are coated with SilcoNert. Secondly, a suitable humidification unit is built or purchased that can be connected to the output of the ReGaS-3 and humidifies the reference gas to a specific dew point.
