Restoration of blood flow to the entire heart muscle removing microvascular obstruction (MVO) reduces mortality. CorFlow Therapeutics has developed CoFI (Controlled Flow Infusion), the first combined diagnostic and therapeutic medical device for diagnosing and treating MVO after a heart attack.
