Two micro-optical products, a freeform and an asphere, both IP of FISBA, will be enabled. Both require fine-cooled glasses, roughness < 2.5 nm rms, apertures of 40 degrees and will be generated by a novel combined Selective-Laser-Etching and Laser polishing pilot line at TRL5.
