Short description (English)

The OPTIBAT project aims to develop a methodology to encourage grouped approaches to energy renovation in order to pool investment costs. Based on a mutual criterion approach, it will also promote rapid decision-making at each stage of an energy renovation project in order to fill the gap in support and decision-making assistance for owners and to promote the development of innovative financing models.

Le projet OPTIBAT vise à développer une méthodologie pour favoriser les démarches groupées de rénovation énergétique afin de mutualiser les coûts d’investissement. Basée sur une approche multi-critère, elle permettra également de favoriser à chaque étape de projet de rénovation énergétique la prise de décision rapide afin de combler le manque d’accompagnement et d’aide à la décision pour les propriétaires et de favoriser le développement de modèles de financement innovants.
