Abstract (Englisch)

Most cancer patients do not respond to immunotherapies. Altered glycosylation of tumors is a signature of cancer development, making glycans an emerging target. The project studies glycopeptides as novel therapeutics that steer immune responses to control tumor growth and enhance treatment response.
