Abstract (English)	We intend to develop a lightweight brake disc made by highspeed laser cladding with a new wear resistant, reinforced aluminium alloy. With this sustainable solution, brake dust emissions can be reduced by 90%, scrap rate by 50%, and used brake discs can be repaired.
