Abstract (Englisch)

This project aims to boost Lumiphase's production of BTO PIC. It will leverage a new computational platform to simulate the electro-optical properties of BTO thin films and devices, and a new deposition technique benchmarked against the simulation platform as well as Lumiphase's current technology.
