Abstract (Englisch)	Bispecific antibodies (biAbs) rely on autologous T cells which, in cancer patients, are often insufficient. Encelta has developed Allogeneic-Engineered-Decoupled (AED) T cells from healthy donors that can be used safely (no GvHD) and effectively against tumor cells when activated with a biAb.
