This evaluation study comes at the end of Phase 2 of the project Nutrition in Mountain Agro-ecosystem (2018-2021) implemeted in Nepal, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, Ethiopia, Peru, India (Phase 2), Tajikistan (phase 2), Ecuador (Phase 2) by the consoritum IFOAM - Organics International, Helvetas and FiBL. The principal purpose to inform on the performance of the project and on the partnership and cooperation modalities of project implementation in both phases. The evaluation's main purpose to describe and to assess the quality of the implementation process and the results of it. The frame for the evaluation is given by the evaluation criteria of the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). The evaluation took place in summer 2021, between July and October. Travel and working restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic hampered the realisation of the evaluation study massively.
