External Mid-Term Review of the “Conserving Forests through sustainable forest-based Enterprise Support in Tanzania” (CoForEST) Project. Purpose: Take stock of initial lessons from project experience; provide feedback on overall assessment of the project and the opportunity to critically assess administrative and technical strategies and issues. In addition, the review gives recommendations to improve the project's potential to achieve expected outcomes and objectives within the Project duration.
