The objective of the Mid-Term Review is to provide an external view allowing the priority setting of the investment over the remaining period of the HPSS Project Phase 3 and to identify options for the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation in Tanzania for investments at the interface between digital health and social protection beyond the Phase 3 (exit phase) of the HPPS project.
