Abstract (Englisch)

Georg Fischer AG (GF) determines the condition of plastic welds by means of NDT ultrasound imaging. Defects are detected and sized manually in these scan images, which is expensive and leads to inconsistent results. In this project, this detection/sizing will be carried out using state-of-the art CV
