Abstract (English)

We plan to develop novel machine learning methods for hedonic real estate modeling which (i) combine state-of-the-art machine learning methods with spatial statistical models, (ii) are interpretable, (iii) can incorporate expert knowledge restrictions, and (iv) scale well to large data.
