Jüngste Szenarien haben gezeigt, dass die Schweiz negative Emissionstechnologien braucht, um das Netto-Null-Klimaziel zu erreichen. Das vorgeschlagene Arbeitspaket untersucht die verschiedenen Optionen (Vergasung, Vergärung, Verbrennung) im Kontext konkreter Fallstudien mit Kunden und Technologieanbietern. Das AP weist starke Interaktionen mit der Szenarienanalyse in AP01 und dem Angebot an industrieller Wärme in AP04 und AP10 auf, und es legt den Grundstein für ein nachfolgendes P&D-Projekt, APPD5.

Recent scenarios show that Switzerland needs negative emission technologies to reach the net-zero climate target. The proposed work package studies the various options (gasification, fermentation, combustion) in the context of concrete case studies with customers and technology suppliers. It has strong interactions with the scenario analysis in WP01 and the industrial heat supply in WP04 and WP10, and it lays the foundation for a subsequent P&D project WPPD5.

Le lot de travail proposé étudie les différentes options (gazéification, fermentation, combustion) dans le contexte d’études de cas concrets avec des clients et des fournisseurs de technologie. Il a de fortes interactions avec l’analyse de scénario du WP01 et l’approvisionnement en chaleur industrielle des WP04 et WP10, et il jette les bases d’un projet P&D ultérieur WPPD5.
