Short description (English)

SECO WE conducts independent thematic performance evaluations of its target out-comes during the validity period of the Dispatch on International Cooperation 2017-20. This is the last of the 4 independent evaluations planned for the current Dispatch. The subject of this evaluation are SECO WE projects in the area of public financial man-agement (PFM). It will analyse projects under the business line 1 “Effective institutions and services”. The purpose of the evaluation is accountability to the Swiss Parliament and the public as well as institutional learning.
