Abstract (German)

We propose to develop B-BRB-seq, a novel RNA quantification method for the complete, cost-efficient and high-throughput analysis of blood samples.\nBRB-seq will enable, for the first time, comprehensive RNA profiling of large blood biobanks and the generation of novel RNA-based blood biomarkers.
