Abstract (English)	We apply for funding to support medicinal chemistry research in order to develop a positive allosteric modulator of CSE as a drug. The drug will increase tissue levels of hydrogen sulphide (H2S). We plan to develop the drug to inhibit pathological calcification in humans.
