Abstract (Englisch)	We develop a novel antibody-radionuclide conjugate (ARC), L1CAM-Tb-161, offering a new therapeutic window for patients with resistance to chemotherapy. Based on our non-toxic polymer-payload technology we conjugate common & novel isotopes to an antibody targeting the human cell adhesion molecule L1.
