Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a deadly neurodegenerative disease. We have developed a precision gene therapy platform to treat ALS. The goal of this project is to characterize and validate 2 new targets in ALS which have the potential for a gene therapy treatment of various subtypes of ALS.
