Das Projekt entwickelt eine lizenzbasierte Software zur Bestimmung, Analyse und Verbesserung eines Robot-Readiness-Index (RRI). Der RRI ist ein Reifegradindex für einen erfolgreichen Robotereinsatz im Handel. Er basiert auf einem Mitarbeiterakzeptanzmodell, das im Projekt erstmals validiert wird.
