Der aktuelle Stand der sechs ISSI Normen soll auf vorhandene und fehlende Aspekte des Veloverkehrs analysiert werden. Gleichzeitig werden die Bedürfnisse von Praxispartnern zu einer sicheren Veloinfrastruktur und deren Stand in den Normen befragt. Eine Gegenüberstellung wird die Defizite der bestehenden Normen für die Fragestellung aufzeigen. Um die Defizite zu beseitigen, werden die VISSI (Velo-ISSI) konzipiert und in einen Rahmen gegossen. Dabei sollen auch innovative Tools helfen, mögliche Lücken bei der Erhebung für relevante Daten zum Velo- und E-Bike Verkehr zu beseitigen. Aufgrund dieser Arbeiten werden Empfehlungen und der Handlungsbedarf für die Anpassung der bestehenden Inhalte und Prozesse bei den ISSI abgeleitet. Es werden zudem relevante Grundlagennormen aufgelistet, welche bezüglich dem Velo- und E-Bike Verkehr nicht mehr den Stand des Wissens repräsentieren. Ebenfalls wird mit der Projektdokumentation die fortlaufende und nachvollziehbare Geschichte des Projekts in einem SVI Forschungsbericht niedergeschrieben.

Kurzbeschreibung (Englisch)

The status quo of the six ISSI standards is to be analysed for existing and lacking aspects relating to bicycle traffic, while at the same time exploring the needs of practice partners for a safe bicycle infrastructure and their status in the standards. A comparison should expose the deficits in the existing standards to address the issue. In order to eliminate the deficits, the BISSI (Bicycle-ISSI) are to be established and put into a framework. Innovative tools should also help eliminate potential gaps in the collection of relevant data on bicycle and E-bike traffic. Based on this work, recommendations and a need for action will be derived to adapt the existing contents and processes in the ISSI. Furthermore, relevant basic standards will be listed that no longer represent the state of the art in terms of bicycle and E-bike traffic. The project documentation will also serve to document the continuous and traceable project history in an SVI research report.

Es sollen zur Entwicklung resp. Anpassung der bestehenden sechs ISSI - Normen Grundlagen für eine sichere Strasseninfrastruktur für Velos und E-Bikes geschaffen werden. Die bestehenden sechs ISSI sind: RIA (Road Safety Impact Assessement), RSA (Road Safety Audit), RSI (Road Safety Inspection), BSM (Black Spot Management), NSM (Network Safety Management), EUM (Einzelunfallstellenmanagement).

Projektziele (Englisch)

The aim is to establish a basis for a safe bicycle and E-bike road infrastructure with a view to developing or adapting the existing six ISSI standards. The existing six ISSI are: RIA (Road Safety Impact Assessment), RSA (Road Safety Audit), RSI (Road Safety Inspection), BSM (Black Spot Management), NSM (Network Safety Management), EUM (Single Accident Site Management).
