Short description (English)	DiCoQuaNet: Distributed Computing over a Quantum-secure Network
Abstract (German)	A quantum-secure network working over two distinct technologies: post-quantum cryptography and quantum key-distribution. They will be used to start VPN connections. On top, we will implement threshold signature algorithms both classical (for the blockchain industry) and post-quantum.
